About Domaine Pattes Loup

Thomas Pico studied viticulture and oenology at Beaune before taking over eight hectares of vines in Courgis in 2005. He converted the vineyard to organic agriculture, obtaining certification in 2009. The first bottled vintage arrived in 2006, marking the founding of Domaine Pattes Loup in the Chablisien region. By 2008, Pico had expanded the program by purchasing grapes in conversion to organic from the Bois d'Yver domaine, adding Côte de Jouan and Beauregard to the portfolio.
