Clotilde Davenne has been making wine in Chablis since 1989. A trained oenologist, she established her own estate in Préhy called Les Temps Perdus in 2005. The program spans five appellations: Chablis, Saint-Bris, Irancy, Auxerre Slopes, and Crémant de Bourgogne. Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Aligoté form the portfolio, with the Aligoté Old Vines drawing from vines planted in 1940. Vineyard tours offer 12 commented vintages.
