About

Four generations of family winemaking from a manor house dating to 1416 in Ribeauvillé. Sustainable viticulture since 1979, full organic conversion in 2018, and HVE certification in 2020. The Sylvaner 2023 is hand-harvested and pneumatic-pressed within two hours of picking, then fermented six weeks or more in temperature-controlled concrete vats. It has 13% alcohol, 0.3 grams residual sugar, and 4.94 total acidity. The portfolio includes Crémant Brut Blanc de Noirs and Pinot Gris Réserve.
