About Domaine Gruhier
Monks of the Cistercian abbey of Quincy planted the first vines here in 1212. Eight centuries later, Dominique Gruhier tends more than 32 hectares across Épineuil, producing 14 cuvées that span Petit Chablis through Chablis Premier Cru, alongside Bourgogne expressions and two Crémants. The domaine is located at the Abbaye du Petit Quincy. Since 1999, the work has followed organic practice and winemaking without additives. The portfolio reaches more than 30 countries. Vineyard tours and personalized visits are available at the tasting room.
