About Domaine Alain Mathias

Domaine Alain Mathias tends 13 hectares across Épineuil and Chablis, a family operation with cellars built on a former quarry. The program centers on two varietals. Chardonnay from Chablis and Tonnerrois terroirs, and Pinot Noir from Épineuil's hillsides. Eight cuvées emerge from organic farming. The Bourgogne Tonnerre Côte de Grisey has taken Gold twice, in 2022 and 2019. The Chablis 1er cru Vau de Vey earned recognition at the Concours Chardonnay du Monde in 2022.
