About Domaine David Ermel

David and François Ermel, ninth-generation brothers, tend 14 hectares stretching from Hunawihr to Ribeauvillé. The program spans Alsace's full palette. Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, and Pinot Noir each find expression across four distinct lines. Vins Traditions capture varietal typicity. Vieilles Vignes mature over five years. Grands Crus Rosacker are marked by terroir, complex and long-lived. Vendanges Tardives from overripe grapes arrive liquorous, powerful, and highly concentrated. Crémants d'Alsace are made by traditional method. Yield control and minimal soil intervention allow terroir to speak. The domaine holds HVE certification.
