Domaine Catherine le Goeuil operates from Domaine de Garille, an 18th-century estate seven kilometers from Carcassonne in the AOP Cabardès appellation. The property, a historic dependency of Château de Pennautier two kilometers distant, has been completely renovated. The vineyard is certified organic. Eight independent gîtes distributed across three buildings accommodate two to twelve people each, with total capacity for sixty-five guests. Two swimming pools serve the property, one with a pool house. Le Chai de Garille, a common room of one hundred eighty square meters, includes a kitchen and three bathrooms, one accessible to people with reduced mobility, available for group gatherings.
