Sylvain Bzikot established this domaine in 1990 across 15 hectares scattered through four appellations. Puligny-Montrachet, Santenay, Auxey-Duresses, Volnay. His grandfather arrived from Poland in the 1940s. The program centers on Chardonnay, though the cellar produces both white and red wines. The 2020 Bourgogne Chardonnay represents the house's approach. No tasting room.
