About Domaine Benoit Ente
Benoit Ente and Coralie Ente established their domaine in Puligny-Montrachet in 1990, farming 23 parcels under organic viticulture. The program moves through Aligoté, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. Antichtone draws from vines planted across 1949, 1953, and 2002. Golden Jubilee marks fifty years of a Chardonnay parcel planted in selection massale. Mathilde stands as the sole Pinot Noir cuvée, named for Benoit's eldest daughter. Puligny-Montrachet itself blends five parcels averaging fifty years old. Nexe Flore comes from 1943 vines and sees glass-only vinification. Clos de la Truffière Premier Cru spans one hectare between 316 and 326 meters elevation. Folatières En la Richarde claims just 4% of its appellation, sited between 277 and 294 meters. Each cuvée spends eighteen months in wood, glass, and stainless steel.
