About Domaine Binet-Jacquet

Olivier Binet and Pierre Jacquet established Domaine Binet-Jacquet in 1999 within Faugères, the oldest appellation in Languedoc-Roussillon. The vineyard is cultivated in an entirely artisanal, natural and biodynamic manner. The program spans five wines. Réserve ages two years, primarily in cement tanks and partly in French oak barrels. Grande Réserve spends two years in concrete eggs and French oak. Grande Réserve de Schiste, made from Mourvédre sourced from the Bouzigues parcel, ages three years in terracotta jars. Réserve Blanc de Noir is Grenache vinified as a white wine. The house also produces a standard Faugères.
