Barbera, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, GSM, Negroamaro, Counoise, Cinsault, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Blanc, Sangiovese, and Pinot Gris form the program. The 2024 Counoise earned Double Gold with 99 points. The 2024 Cinsault took Double Gold at 95 points. The 2024 Chardonnay claimed Best of Class with 97 points. The 2024 Gewurztraminer Estate and 2022 Velvet both received Best of Region honors. A 2021 Blanc de Blancs, made using Méthode Champenoise, is part of the collection. Bottles are left unfiltered to preserve intended character, with inert gases and vacuum-sealed systems minimizing oxygen exposure during bottling. Private tastings and wine pouring services are available.
