About
Disveli Estate is a boutique winery named for Disveli, a village in the Bolnisi microzone of Kvemo Kartli. It works with native Georgian grapes, Shavkapito and Chinuri (Chinebuli) from Kartli among them, fermenting in qvevri with indigenous yeasts and bottling unfiltered, with some cuvees finished in oak. The wines are made by Berdia Berishvili and reach both the Georgian specialist trade and export markets.
