Birtvisi Winery is a family winery in the Kartli wine region, near the Birtvisi gorge in Tetritskaro municipality. It took part in Georgia's New Wine Festival 2025 as a family winery, presenting Khikhvi and Saperavi. Its cellar listing sits in the village of Tbisi, on the road toward Birtvisi.
