Don and Valerie have gone all in on Pinot Noir at their tiny 3-hectare organic vineyard in Martinborough Terrace, Wairarapa, where some of New Zealand's oldest Pinot vines live. They do all the work by hand and let the old world traditions guide their new world devotion, literally, since Devotus is Latin for exactly that.
