Hamish is a fifth generation South Australian vigneron and has extensive experience in viticulture, production and sales. Kate, originally from Western Australia, was 19 when she realised that becoming a winemaker would provide her with a ticket to her passion of all things French and studied winemaking at the Lycée Viticole d’Avize in Champagne. The signature elegance and flavour of our still wines comes from the high-altitude, cool-climate vineyards we work with in the Adelaide Hills. Specialising in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, our small batch, premium range of still wines provide a snapshot of the season and the site from which the fruit was selected from. Our traditional method sparkling wines are made from hand picked fruit sourced primarily from high altitude sites within the Piccadilly Valley. Primary fermentation is in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve fruit purity and freshness.
