Dachauer Hannes operates as a Heuriger in Tattendorf, in Austria's Thermenregion. The program centers on white varietals, Rivaner, Grüner Veltliner, Gelber Muskateller, and Neuburger, alongside St. Laurent. The 2025 lineup includes Rivaner, Grüner Veltliner Pepper Hill, Gelber Muskateller, Neuburger Thermenregion DAC, and sparkling iterations in rosé and white. The house also produces still rosé.
