About

Crow River Winery was founded in 2004 in Hutchinson, Minnesota, and planted its first vines at Box Elder Vineyard two years later. Five vineyards now surround the operation, all growing Minnesota Cold Climate grapes. The house produces eight varietals and hard ciders from orchard-fresh apples, with every bottle made and bottled onsite. Brianna won Best of Class MN Governor's Cup at the 2024 International Cold Climate Wine Competition. Red Coyote, Marquette, and Itasca each won Gold at the same event, while Marquette won Best of Class MN at the 2025 International Women's Wine Competition. The wine club offers quarterly releases in flexible quantities of 3, 6, or 12 bottles.
