Corliss Estates exercises discipline in winemaking from vine to bottle, combining Old World techniques with New World fruit. The winery features sustainable viticulture, individual berry sorting, slow native yeast fermentation, and extended barrel aging, guided by owners Michael and Lauri Corliss with consulting from Atelier Melka.
