For more than four decades, Ciel du Cheval Vineyard has helped define the character of Washington wine. Côtes de Ciel represents the purest expression of the vineyard and the winegrower's vision, with a small portion of fruit reserved each year for wines crafted by the vineyard owner. The tasting experience is designed to reveal the character of each wine and the influence of the glass itself, with guests selecting a flight of four wines served in glasses chosen to showcase their unique character.

Guests select a flight of four wines, each served in a glass selected to showcase its unique character. A fifth wine is then poured into each glass, allowing guests to discover how the shape of the glass influences aroma, texture and flavor perception.
