The estate produces rosé, white, and red wines under the AOP Côtes de Provence designation, with the program moving toward organic certification. Peyrassol houses Austruy's contemporary art collection, Remarkable Gardens, and Chez Jeannette, a one-Michelin-star restaurant recognized with two toques at Gault et Millau.
