Commanderie De Peyrassol

A Templar commandery from the 13th century, Peyrassol spans 850 hectares in Flassans-sur-Issole. Philippe Austruy has owned the property since 2001. The estate produces rosé, white, and red wines under the AOP Côtes de Provence designation, with the program moving toward organic certification. Peyrassol houses Austruy's contemporary art collection, Remarkable Gardens, and Chez Jeannette, a one-Michelin-star restaurant recognized with two toques at Gault et Millau.
