Established in 2004, the 15-hectare vineyard practices organic agriculture and produces natural wines without additives or inputs. A dozen black and white grape varieties grow here, harvested by hand. The property holds a small bastidon that sleeps six. From late June through late August, a seasonal restaurant opens with a resident chef, serving locavore and bistronomic cuisine built from the domaine's garden vegetables and local producers.
