About Château Vignelaure
Fifty-five hectares in Provence, thirty-five kilometers northeast of Aix-en-Provence. Mette and Bengt Sundstrøm oversee a program anchored in Cabernet Sauvignon, a pioneering varietal for the region, alongside rosé and white wines. The work produces reds with elegance, complexity, and long aging potential. The vineyard converted to organic agriculture. The cellar, carved into rock, holds inox fermentation vats, barrel aging rooms, and bottle caves. An underground gallery houses a contemporary art collection. Free tasting at the caveau. The tasting room staff speak French, English, Spanish, and Swedish.

Cave Visit and Art Gallery
45-minute guided tour of the winemaking process including inox vat room, barrel cellar carved into rock, and bottle aging caves, followed by an underground gallery featuring contemporary art collection. €10 per person. Reservation required.
