A 15th-to-18th-century château in Aix-en-Provence, listed among France's historic monuments, now home to a young estate. The Daussun family established Château du Seuil in 2014 across 62 certified organic hectares. The program moves through a modern gravity-fed cellar, producing Blanc de Provence, Rosé de Provence, and Rouge de Provence. The château and its gardens draw over 5,000 visitors annually for guided tours and tastings.
