About Château Haut Selve
Château Haut Selve sits on 43 hectares in Saint-Selve, on a historic Graves terroir that phylloxera had devastated and left as forest for 120 years before the château's founding in 1993. Jean-Sébastien Charles and Stéphane Derenoncourt shape the program, supported by technical guidance from Derenoncourt Vignerons Consultants. The work spans Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Sémillon. The portfolio includes Haut Selve Blanc and Rouge, Les acacias, Sednové, and Rouge Gorge. HVE 3 certified and bearing the TerraVitis label since 2018, the house reflects the terroir's recovery.
