About Château de Rochemorin
Château de Rochemorin sits at 56 meters altitude, the highest point of Martillac commune. Founded in 1520, the estate was owned by Charles Louis de Secondat, Baron de Montesquieu, in the 18th century. The program spans Sauvignon Blanc, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. The house releases Château de Rochemorin Rouge and Blanc as the main expressions, Château Coucheroy Rouge and Blanc as second wines, and Noroît, a single-varietal micro-cuvée of Petit Verdot limited to 1200 bottles per year. The wines appear on more than 250 Michelin-starred restaurant tables across France and beyond.
