Château Chauvin is a 15-hectare property located northwest of Saint-Émilion near the Pomerol appellation, acquired by Sylvie Cazes in May 2014. The estate is classified as a Grand Cru of Saint-Émilion and features an exceptional terroir of clay-sandy soil with pseudogley and iron crust. The winery has undergone significant renovation including a new innovative barrel cellar and tasting room completed in 2021.
