This Stags Leap District gem started as a golf course before the Wilsons converted it to vineyards in 1981, and now under the Terlato Family's stewardship, it's cranking out seriously acclaimed Cabernets alongside some killer Sauvignon Blancs and rosés while keeping things sustainable with solar power and recycled water irrigation.
