Château d'Estoublon has occupied Fontvieille since 1489, a 300-hectare estate now classified under AOP Les Baux de Provence. The vineyard has practiced organic agriculture for more than 20 years, cultivating Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Mourvèdre, Roussanne, and Rolle. The program includes Roseblood Rosé and Roseblood Sparkling Effervescent Rosé Extra Brut. Beyond wine, the château produces olive oil from AOP Vallée des Baux-de-Provence. The 1500-square-meter property houses 10 suites and rooms alongside La Table d'Estoublon, the on-site restaurant.
