Château d'Anglès was reunited by the Fabre family at the beginning of the new millennium in Saint Pierre Sur Mer. Eric Fabre works with Mourvèdre and Bourboulenc across vines that receive 300 days of sunshine per year. Hand-picked grapes are aged in French oak, where the Grand Vin Red develops. The estate sits within La Clape, which became Languedoc's first Appellation Communale in June 2015.
