About Chapin Family Vineyards
Steve Chapin planted the first vineyards in 2002, released the first wine in 2006, and opened the tasting room in January 2012. The family owns and operates the winery as a boutique operation, with Chapin as both owner and winemaker. The program specializes in Old World winemaking and works with independent growers throughout Temecula Valley. The portfolio comprises 15 hand-crafted small batch wines. The tasting room is open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm and offers cheese and wine pairings.
