They've mapped out their sites carefully, from the deep, loamy soils of Agrelo to the chalky gravels of Paraje Altamira and Gualtallary, and built three tiers of wines to match. Head winemaker Gabriel Bloise and team even make natural wines with zero added sulfites if you're into that kind of thing.
