Alfredo Draque leads the program at Cavas la Capilla, a Bodega Boutique operation across two Mendoza estates. Finca Ugarteche sits at 1200 meters in Luján de Cuyo, its vineyards split between Malbec and Cabernet. Finca Gualtallary is located in Tupungato in the Uco valley. The portfolio spans Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Torrontés, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, and Pinot Noir. Abside Reserva, a 100% Malbec from 2018 aged 12 months in third-use barrels, is among the notable wines alongside Abside Malbec, Abside Blanco Sweet, Templum Clarete, Gran Corte, and Gran Cabernet. The tasting room welcomes visitors for vineyard tours, with food and accommodation on offer.
