About Castelveder

Castelveder began in 1975 when Renato Alberti and Elena Nulli planted vines in Monticelli Brusati, in Lombardia's Franciacorta region. Now run by their grandchildren Francesco and Camilla, the house works with Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, producing a portfolio anchored in sparkling wine. The Franciacorta Magnum Satèn draws from 100% Chardonnay. The Franciacorta Rosè Extra Brut is 100% Pinot Nero. The cellar also makes the Franciacorta Riserva Extra Brut 'Renato Alberti' 2015 and the IGT Sebino Rosso Settantacinque. Vineyard tours are available, and the estate hosts events.
