About Castello dei Rampolla
Castello dei Rampolla has farmed biodynamically in Panzano in Chianti since 1965. Guided vineyard tours run Monday through Saturday by appointment, limited to eight to ten people per group. Morning sessions span nine to one, afternoons two thirty to four. Each tour includes a vineyard walk, cellar visit, and wine tasting. Direct sales open Monday through Friday from nine to one without appointment. From November through mid-March, wine sales continue during those hours without tasting service.
Tasting Experiences
Guided Vineyard and Cellar Tour with Tasting
Guided tours available Monday to Saturday by appointment only, maximum 8-10 people per group. Tours include a walk through the vineyards to understand biodynamic farming methods, a visit to the cellar to see vinification and aging processes, and conclude with wine tasting.
Direct Sales and Tasting
Direct sales available Monday to Friday 9:00-13:00 without appointment or payment, with tasting of select wines. From November 1 to March 15, only wine purchases available without tasting.
