Castello dei Rampolla has farmed biodynamically in Panzano in Chianti since 1965. Guided vineyard tours run Monday through Saturday by appointment, limited to eight to ten people per group. Morning sessions span nine to one, afternoons two thirty to four. Each tour includes a vineyard walk, cellar visit, and wine tasting. Direct sales open Monday through Friday from nine to one without appointment. From November through mid-March, wine sales continue during those hours without tasting service.
