Capercaillie Wines was established in the Hunter Valley by Alasdair Sutherland in late 1995 on a 20-year-old vineyard. The winery is award-winning, having won over 950 wine show awards since 1996. Their wines are known for generous flavour with fruit sources spread across South Eastern Australia, including 100% Hunter Valley selections.
