Canopy in Palm Springs makes Desert Wren, the first wine produced in Palm Springs, California. Founded by Ambassador Noah Mamet, the space was interior designed by Christopher Kennedy. Kate leads the sommelier program. Head Chef Kristin Puttkamer shapes the food side. Open five days a week. The Canopy Cru Collective membership delivers four sommelier-curated allocations annually, plus 25% off all retail wine purchases. The first 100 founding members receive a bottle of Desert Wren.
