Three generations of winemakers have shaped Canalicchio di Sopra in the northern zone of Montalcino. The program centers on Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, with single-vineyard expressions from Vigna Montosoli and Vigna La Casaccia alongside the classico bottling and Riserva. Rosso di Montalcino DOC rounds the portfolio. Tastings run Monday to Friday at 11.30 and 15.00, Saturday and Sunday at 11.30, in Italian and English. The Premium tasting, 90 minutes for €45, moves through two vintages each of Rosso and Brunello classico with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The Verticale, €80 for the same duration, adds two vintages from the Riserva or single-vineyard selections. Reservation is mandatory.
