About CA' DI PRESS Az.Agr. di Pressenda Alice e Cristina s.s.a
Ca' di Press, the House of Pressenda in Piedmontese dialect, traces its roots to the early 1900s in Monforte d'Alba. The winery released its first vintage in 2018, approximately 4000 bottles of Barolo from the Perno vineyard. The vineyards have southwest to southeast exposures. The cellar works with individual parcels, vinifying them separately. In the vineyard, only sulfur and copper-based products are used. The wines stabilize naturally in outdoor tanks through winter, never clarified or filtered.
