About

Jason Bushong opened Bushong Vintage Company in downtown Paso Robles in November 2017, less than a block from the central town square. With over 20 years of winemaking experience, Bushong produces Zinfandel, Grenache, Mouvedre, Tannat, and Syrah. Ananda is 100% Zinfandel. Rose blends 45% Grenache, 30% Mouvedre, 16% Tannat, and 9% Syrah. Physical Sound combines 55% Grenache and 31% Tannat with 14% Mouvedre, aged 18 months in French oak. The tasting room features a Star Wars pinball machine, vinyl collection, and sound system. The wine club, The Winemaker's Asylum, offers membership levels called Wine Lunatic and Institutionalized.
