Bullmann has worked the Südsteiermark since 1877, based in Ehrenhausen. The program moves through white varietals, Zweigelt for red, and dessert expressions across the Ehrenhausen DAC designations. Hand-selected grapes meet gentle pressing. The cellar splits its aging between stainless steel and wood, with the Morillon Ried Witscheinberg resting in large wooden barrels and the Ruländer Barrique Ried Witscheinberg spending one year in barrique. A tasting room is available for visitors.
