About
Brosseau Vineyard sits in the Chalone AVA of Monterey County, against the Gavilan Mountain Range. The vineyard grows on one of the largest limestone and granite deposits in the world. In 2006, the transition to organic farming began. Brosseau was the first vineyard in the Chalone AVA to be Certified Organic. The Chalone AVA was awarded AVA status in 1982.
