Bostavan works across the Valul lui Traian region of Moldova, drawing from a wide range of varietals. The portfolio spans Chardonnay, Fetească Albă, Traminer, Merlot, Saperavi, Fetească Neagră, Pinot Noir, Rară Neagră, Cabernet Sauvignon, Muscat Ottonel, Viorica, and Muscat. The house produces two brut sparkling wines, Spumant Dor Rosé and Spumant Dor Alb, alongside DOR RESERVE Chardonnay, a dry white. The standout is FLOARE DE DOR, an ice wine made from Muscat Ottonel and Traminer. Grapes are frozen at minus ten degrees Celsius and harvested in Etulia, bottled in 0.5L format with 10.5 percent alcohol. A tasting room is available.
