About Borgo Stajnbech

Three generations of the Valent family, now led by Giuliano, Adriana, Medea, and Rebecca, have worked with the territory in Belfiore. The portfolio spans white and red varietals. Pinot Nero, Sauvignon Blanc, Malbec, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Traminer Aromatico, Tai, Cabernet Franc, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon form the core. The program includes Imagine, a Metodo Classico, and L'Enologa, produced as a symbol of equity in the wine world. The house also releases 150 Lison Classico D.O.C.G. and Prosecco DOC. Grappa di Cabernet Franc and Tita Grappa di Refosco, both made using steam distillation, complete the cellar's offering.
