About Enotria Tellus
Anisa and Fabio work in San Polo di Piave, in the Veneto, where they use the Bellussera method, an ancient vineyard system. The program moves through Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco, Merlot, and Prosecco. Viajo Pinot Grigio Doc delle Venezie and Ombretta Merlot DOC Venezia anchor the portfolio. The Prosecco Brut and Extra Dry Doc Treviso Millesimato complete it. Hand-made terracotta amphorae carry the winemaking. Picnics under the Bellussera vines are part of the experience. The house opens for Cantine Aperte on May 30-31, 2026.
