About the winery
This Hungarian research station has been studying wine since 1896 and now operates as a working lab where you can taste the results of their experiments, from crisp Rajnai Rizling to their own blends. They keep things small and serious with just 17 hectares and 2000 bottles a year, so guided tastings here are basically a peek behind the curtain of real viticulture research.
