In Hydes, Maryland, Jose Real Figueroa and Steve Blais shape the program. Figueroa, a third-generation oenologist from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, joined in 2011 and became head winemaker in 2023. He brings more than 20 years of wine industry experience. Blais, an independent consulting enologist, spent two decades with Michele Rolland's consulting firm in Bordeaux. Together they command over eight decades of winemaking experience. The cellar itself is state-of-the-art, built in 2013. The portfolio includes Chardonnay, Cabernet, and Albarino. The tasting room offers food and outdoor seating.
