About Bon Niche Cellars
Melani Harding, a retired Navy Nurse, runs Bon Niche Cellars as a veteran-owned operation fifteen minutes east of Paso Robles on the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail. The program focuses on Bordeaux-inspired varietals and blends. Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc form the core of the work, with a Malbec Rosé rounding out the portfolio. Six hundred cases annually, SIP Certified.
