Bodegas Evine is an ecological winery in Yecla, Murcia, Spain, with origins dating back to the 19th century when the Martínez-Quintanilla family first cultivated vines. Since 2010, they have been the oldest certified organic winery in the D.O. Yecla, producing wines from organic vineyards using manual harvesting and temperature-controlled fermentation, with vegan production methods implemented in recent years.
