Bodegas Evine is an ecological winery in Yecla, Murcia, Spain, with origins dating back to the 19th century when the Martínez-Quintanilla family first cultivated vineyards. Since 2010, they have been the oldest certified organic winery in the D.O. Yecla designation. All wines are produced from organically certified vineyards using manual harvesting and temperature-controlled fermentation, with vegan production principles implemented for the past two years.
