Bodegas Tradición is the only winery in Jerez dedicated to producing very old sherry wines certified as VOS and VORS by the Regulatory Council. Only 0.2% of wines produced in Jerez obtain this seal, as compliance with the necessary standards is very strict and demanding. Their wines are a reference for each of the styles of Jerez.
